EAEA Younger Staff Training

Time:19.09.2017 - 22.09.2017
Location:Brussels, Belgium

As an association with 141 members in 45 countries, EAEA has gained significant insight into the developments in adult education and has thus been able to identify certain issues and points of interest that adult education staff in Europe share. This is why this year the training will focus on three separate areas: policy and advocacy, reaching out to new learners and communication as well as non-formal teaching methods in AE. 2017 is also the first time that the training is supported by EPALE Belgium. Learn more about how the training has changed from this article!

This year, EAEA will fund the participation of one person from a non-EU Eastern European country, nominated by an EAEA member or their member. Read more about eligibility criteria and the application process from this document.

A preliminary programme of the training is now available and will be regularly updated with more details. The candidates will receive a confirmation of their participation before the call for application closes, at the latest on 31 May. They will then be asked to already pay a registration fee of 100 EUR. The full cost of the training is 450 EUR (including the registration fee).

Since its first edition six years ago, the training has become a launching pad for adult education professionals, giving an opportunity to forge new connections and partnerships. Apply now!

To apply, send a letter of motivation to Aleksandra Kozyra at aleksandra.kozyra@eaea.org and complete this registration form before 31 May!
