Time:05.10.2016 - 06.10.2016
Location:Online event

The European Basic Skills Network (EBSN) Community of Practice on Creation and Implementation of National Policy for Basic Skills Provision is being launched as an EPALE online event on October 5th and 6th

The discussion focuses on:

  • the role Basic Skills provision plays in the New European Commission Skills Agenda, particularly in connection with the Skills Guarantee
  • Cohesion and transversal cooperation as success factor for efficient national policies
  • The tension between Employability and Inclusion as objectives for national basic skills policy.

The target group for the discussion consists mainly of stakeholders at policy level, engaged in the creation, implementation and evaluation of national policies on this field. Interested stakeholders at implementation level (informed practitioners) are also warmly welcome! We hope to engage participants from all countries involved in Epale.
