From 1 to 4 December 2015, EAEA organises its fifth 'Younger Staff Training' in Brussels. Registrations are now open.
The objectives of the training are to learn about European developments in adult education and lifelong learning, to understand advocacy work at European level, to exchange information and knowledge about each others' organisations and adult education backgrounds, and to learn about EAEA and other key civil society organisations.
The methodology of the training is mixed: one part of the seminar is dedicated to self-directed learning of the group, and another part consists of study visits, working groups and meetings with representatives of European institutions and civil society organisations.
The training offers many opportunities to discuss (recent) developments in adult education, to share experiences and knowledge in order to gain a deeper understanding of challenges, differences and similarities in European adult education and learn for the own policy and project work.
Furthermore, the training is also a launching pad for further training activities and networking. The course programme and methodology is built around a continuous evaluation of the needs and interests of the participants.
To apply for the training, please fill in the registration form and send a motivation letter and ID photo by email to the EAEA Membership and Events Officer Raffaela Kihrer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The detailed programme will alter be available on the website of the training.
