EAEA has published an infonote on the European Semester, the EU's annual cycle of economic policy guidance and surveillance.
Each European Semester, the European Commission analyses the budget and structural reform policies of every Member State, provides recommendations, and monitors their performance. The EAEA infonote sheds light on the elements of this new policy instrument from an adult education advocacy point of view and reflects on the implications of the process to civil society organisations. Find out more how you can influence the process!
As part of its long-term strategy and linking to the European Semester, EAEA is also launching a survey-driven project to create specific country reports for various European countries. Find out more by visiting a dedicated policy advocacy page for the analysis of adult education policy in European countries.
