Solidarci Caserta is an association that works in the field of Culture, Sociability, Solidarity, Human Rights, Education, for the promotion of human and civil practices. The association is active in the field of solidarity and services to personal care; it is involved in activities in favor of immigrants, children, and young people at risk of social exclusion; it is involved in activities aimed at promoting international mobility of young people through exchange projects funded by the Youth in Action Programme.
SOLIDARCI is increasing its participation to European large training and research projects: it has very recently designed a H2020 project (together with the University of Naples Federico II/Department of Political Sciences – which has presented it - with a large European partnership to include the European Civic Forum, La Ligue de l’Enseignement, the Consortium Fernando de los Ríos-operational arm of the Andalusia regional Government, the Slovenian Academy for the sciences and the Arts, the Romanian Institute for Political Studies, the Belgian IHF, etc.) focused on the key-topics of the European Integration and Multi-level Citizenship (“EURIMultiC”). It has also presented Daphne and Fundamental Rights projects, all enhancing non-formal education innovative methods.

Years 2011-2013: promoter and co-ordinator of the project 'New Frontiers' (« Nuove frontiere, Sperimentazione di una Rete Integrata di Intervento Territoriale per il contrasto della dispersione scolastica”) co-funded by the Fondazione con il Sud. Visit the >Project website<.
The project has been qualified as “good practice” by the Fondazione con il Sud as it has elaborated and tested an innovative model of intervention to fight against the school-dropping out phenomenon. Such a model envisages a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach whereby formal and non-formal education methods (life-skills forming; peer education; learning by doing) are creatively combined. Public school teachers take part to a shared learning process led by non-profit external pedagogists, sociologists, educators and operators. Young adults are improved in their life-skills (SOLIDARCI applies the EC 2006’s 8 lifelong Key-competences framework (communication, social and civic, cultural awareness, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, digital – comics, videos, scripts, screen plays, etc.).
Years 2008-2009: promoter of the project "The new languages education " to train volunteer operators in non-formal education methods/didactics to apply with young people.
Years 2007-2008: promoter of the project ' Educo - Flight ', to promote youth volunteering and increase the process of active participation of young people in managing land development policies.
Year 2008-2009: responsible for the project “Theatre of citizenship”, consisting in the elaboration of a theater workshop on issues related to cultural diversity and the promotion of the rights of citizenship. Volunteering to support activities (social, educational, sport) carried out by the operators of the association Arci Felix within the framework of the P.T.R.I., individual rehabilitative projects co-managed with the county public health agency (Asl Ce).
2014- SOLIDARCI manages two large EIF-connected (National Fund for the Asylum and Protection Policy) projects directed to refugees and asylum seekers - « The thread Integration » and “RISO-Rete Integrata di Soldiarietà” - contracted by the municipalities of Gricignano d’Aversa et S. Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta; IT).
Years 2010-2012: partner of the project ' Inventing reinvent citizens ' providing opportunities, tools, skills and knowledge to guide women and young immigrants.
Years 2006- 2009: organisation of training courses to utilize the internet as a new mean of communication
Years 2006-2012: delivery of school support activities tailored at facilitating the integration of migrant children and young adults aged 6-17 in partnership with Arcisolidarietà.
