Mission statement

HYDRA International Project & Consultancy Co., is a non-profit profit organization that has been established to provide knowledge oriented technical, economic and legal support, in accordance with the realities and needs of our country, to all institutions and organizations that aim to provide sustainable development both domestically and abroad.

Consulting Services
In the aim of SME’s harmonization to Acquis Communitaire, HYDRA gives consultancy to

  • Setting up, development and maintenance of Management Information Services (MIS),
  • Planing the production chain,
  • Providing structural and technical infrastructure for healthy social and economic relations with EU countries,
  • Funding and Credits,
  • Marketing strategy development,
  • New trade-marks and productions,
  • Determining strategies for competition to increasing the market share in exporting and importing,
  • Developing human resources strategies.

Training Services

  • HYDRA makes and implements training programs for improving personal and institutional capacities.
  • HYDRA prepares curricula for special needs and realizes these curricula through its projects.

Grassroots Activation Through Education - GATE Project
Aims of the project: The project will support self-improvement of the women, young people and children living in the rural areas of the big city who lost their hopes for future, with the help of a training program which will respond to the social, economic and cultural needs of this population; and as a consequence will contribute to sustainable development planned for the district.
Target group and the number beneficiaries:

  • Women residents of Altnda Municipality, district of skender Paa who are between 20-40 and approximately 500 of whom are unemployed
  • 0-12 years-old 250 children
  • 18-25 years old 100 young people

Grassroots Activation Through Education II - GATE II Project
Aims of the project: The project will support self-improvement of the women, young people and children living in the rural areas of the big city who lost their hopes for future, with the help of a training program which will respond to the social, economic and cultural needs of this population; and as a consequence will contribute to sustainable development planned for the district.
Target group and the number beneficiaries:

  • 350 young people and women, who live in the pilot region.

Increasing Efficiency of SMEs by Vocational Trainings
Aims of the project: To improve the quality of and access to continuing vocational training, and life long acquisition of skills and competences by providing human capital equipped with the skills required by knowledge society in order to increase the efficiency of three SMEs in the Metal Processing Sector by teaching English Language and Sectorial Business English to a level enabling, access to international knowledge and development as well as transnational cooperation, providing experience for beneficiaries by the 4 week work-linked training phase abroad.
Target group and the number beneficiaries:

  • 3 SMEs from the OSTIM Organized Industry Region as the “city” of SMEs with an area of 15 million square meters in Ankara.

Transnational Education for Adult Migrants Project (TEAM)
Aims of the project: Eliminating the communication breakdowns between the learners (migrant workers) and trainers by creating a methodology for the adult learners coming from developing countries (basically from Turkey, Poland, Romania and Czech Republic) to the developed countries.
Target group and the number beneficiaries:

  • Turkish migrants living in Germany and Denmark.

Socialisation Through Education for Adult Migrants - STEAM Project
Aims of the project: To support for the workings that are targeted the ”Community of Citizen”, which can be determined as innovative, competitive, has sustainable economic development and social harmonization with stability according to the EU in 2010 by the Lisbon Strategy within the EU members.
Target group and the number beneficiaries:

  • Migrants, employed or under-employed, unemployed belonging to low socio-economic level of the community;
  • Public and Private VET and welfare system, in terms of local networks, and as well project partners;
  • Trainers and social workers, who are responsible for the education of disadvantaged people.

Health Education through Learning Programme - HELP Project
Aims of the project: Developing the participation capacities of the people in the development of health strategies and policies by increasing the awareness of the people about public health issues through training activities, and contributing the development of further health strategies and policies at national and community levels by the helping of database, which will be established through the data processing facilities of the project.
