Form of social education (education in the use of social skills and the acquisition of insight into social
attitudes and trends) combined with cultural education (getting people to experience their own life-style
in relation to that of society as a whole). It takes place mainly in community and club houses, local
centres, cultural centres, in run-down neighbourhoods and districts with a lot of problems.
