Derek Hunter (Regional Secretary - GMB Southern Region) joined Tudor Evans , Leader of Plymouth City Council, and others in launching a new and ground-breaking e-learning initiative on 15th January in Plymouth. During the event, Tudor Evans became the first person to log on to the e-Citizen programme, which is aimed at enabling thousands of citizens to cross the digital divide.
