The aim of the conference is dissemination of the final project results from the ongoing project; Learning in Motion (LIM), a Grundtvig 1-European Cooperation Project. The conference will also provide a focus point for information, fruitful discussions and net working about mechanisms of out of door learning for the target group, adults with mentally and psychosocial disability. The LIM project started in October 2004 and will be completed September 30, 2007. A handbook, a collection of part of the project results, will be presented at the conference.
