The target of the conference is to bring together people acting in the disability area - special pedagogues, educators, but also NGOs that organize various types of education for their members, and the disabled themselves.
The conference is organized by OBZOR Liberec, a civic association of people with handicap, and Akademie J.A.Komenskeho, the Liberec branche of the Czech biggest non-governmental educational organization and IIZ-DVV Regional Office Poland and it is under the personal patronage of the Mayor of the Region of Liberec.
