This is the latest Call for Book Proposals for the next two volumes in the innovative textbook series "African Perspectives on Adult Learning". These will deal with The Management of Adult Education in Africa and The History of Adult Education in Africa.

UK: GMB helps launch new e-citizen initiative
Derek Hunter (Regional Secretary - GMB Southern Region) joined Tudor Evans , Leader of Plymouth City Council, and others in launching a new and ground-breaking e-learning initiative on 15th January in Plymouth. During the event, Tudor Evans became the first person to log on to the e-Citizen programme, which is aimed at enabling thousands of citizens to cross the digital divide.
