EAEA offers member forums on various topics. All EAEA members are invited and encouraged to participate. We would like to give our members the chance to discuss the different topics, but also to support and advise the EAEA´s policies and strategies in different areas. The General Assembly on 22 June will provide a chance to meet face to face, and towards the end of 2009 we expect the first results, recommendations and activities, which we will promote in the first half of 2010.
We ask all our members to distribute this information to their staff and encourage them to participate!
Currently we are running 10 thematic forums.
They are:
- Analysing the effects of reforms in education and training on adult learning
- Key competences&future competencies
- Active citizenship and democracy
- Critical approach of social assumptions through the observation of Art
- Literacy
- Adult Education and Development
- Intercultural learning
- Mediation and conflict resolution
- Promoting adult learning for marginalised and disadvantaged citizens and migrants
- Climate change
