A short commentary on your own national report on Implementing Lifelong Learning Strategies in Europe

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

The Concrete Objectives Work Programme of the Commission is today one of the key activities of policy development in the implementation of lifelong learning strategies and practices.

The Budapest link office launched an initiative asking you to make a short commentary on your own national report on Implementing Lifelong Learning Strategies in Europe as a means to improve the national level co-ordination in the field.
You are kindly asked to send your comments to the main office of EAEA or to the Budapest Link Office before 1 June 2004.
If you are an EAEA member in a country currently not participating in the Concrete Objectives process, please use the national outputs of the consultation process on the Memorandum (2001).
You can find the initial document at the website of EAEA under Policy/Strategic work of EAEA.
Or download it directly at: http://www.eaea.org/index.php?k=2104

The Budapest Link Office is promoting your work by sending you the address list of experts of your country in the 8 work groups of the Concrete Objectives Work Programme as well as by sending you the list of persons, who attended the first European meeting of the directors of adult education from your ministries. Even though you may know most of these people, it may help in contacting them in order to improve the national level contact building and co-ordination of the work and promote the involvement of your organisation, as a member of EAEA, in your country level activities.

We wish you every success and hope to have your comments on your national progress report from the point of view of your organisation.
If you have any questions, please contact:
