Developing Skills for Communication with People from Different Cultural Backgrounds
Partners from four countries - Finland (The Adult Education College of Västra Nylands), Austria (Mag. Ingrid Wagenhoffer), Belgium (Centrum voor Volwassenenonderwijs Deurne) and Romania (The Local Youth Council Sibiu) - have been working over the last few months on improving the skills of those teachers/trainers who are in direct contact with minorities, immigrants and/or foreign students in the participating organisations.
13 folk high schools established in Flanders
In Flanders, the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium with approximately 6 million inhabitants, 13 folk high schools have been established.
