  • Report of the Commission to be submitted to the Heads of States (Spring, 2004)
  • Block G’s activity continues in 2004

Mechanism of the EAEA’s responses and deadlines

a.) Briefing and drafted discussion points by the delegated expert ( just after the work group meeting. It is to contain elements such as: summary information, evaluation of the overall state of art of the theme, identifying the critical gaps and notions, focus points for the EAEA membership, potential partners in the field, further tasks of EAEA) and expected contributions from the members of EAEA (deadlines given by individual blocks)
b.) Work Group meeting in Brussels ( March, 03)
Further discussion on definition on basic concepts, identification of themes of exchange of good practice, identifying the priorities relating to indicators, benchmarks
c.) Finalisation of themes for exchange of good practice ( May, 03)
d.) Final discussion of draft interim report, final update of workplan for stage 2 ( end of June)

The procedure may be the same as in the case of Block B - however Block G completes its activity by June only at stage 1.
