History
ANDRAS was established in February 1991. It was a logical finish of a series of seminars and workshops on the theory and methodology of adult education, organised by enthusiast since 1983.
Main act
The main areas of activity are: * participation in the formation of (adult) education policy, also lifelong learning strategy in Estonia; * training of adult educators, course managers, and other target groups in the fields; * promoting the Qualification Standard for Adult Educators.
