History

EUROED" ASSOCIATION was set up in 2005, having as main purpose supporting continuous learning of adults in Romania and its optimization in accordance with the education and training European standards

Main act

•Support continuous training of adults in various areas (e.g. management, IT, foreign languages, etc)
•Introduce in Romania European certification standards;
•Lobby and counseling on matters concerning adult education/lifelong learning;
•Study visits and exchange of experience with other European countries;
•Design and implement various trans-national co-operation and European projects

Intenational projects

Consolidation and capacity building of the Regional Centre for Adult Education in the country
The project focus activities consists in:
- institutional support and inservice training for the personnel working in the AE centers;
- seminars and study visits;
- promoting teaching and learning materials.
"South" Project
Was developed into the south of the country (2000 - 2001) and encompassed Olt, Teleorman and Dambovita counties. The project provides inservice training in adult education for the cultural referents and aims to initiate a "south area" networking of AE institutions.
"Moldova" project
The project facuses on establishing and capacity building of new regional centres for AE in the N-E part of the country, networking. There has been developed two stages of the project: selecting the centers which will be developed as RCAE and 2 inservice training seminars with the personnel of the centers.
The Post-Graduated Program in Project Management
This is a partnership project between and Carl Duisberg Geselschaft e.V. Landesstelle Niedersachsen. The Post-Graduated Program addresses to the managers interested to promote modern enterprise management and to the potential promoters of regional, national and European projects.
