History
Since 2006 main focus of RODA´s work is the implementation of Lifelong Learning Programme and so far beneficiaries of the activities have been more than 600. Besides LLL Programme, RODA representatives are participating on LLL seminars organized by BiH Ministry Civil Affairs and lobbying for larger involvement of non-governmental sector in process of Adult Education and LLL Strategy development. RODA has signed the memorandums of Understanding with relevant governmental institutions such as Federal Employment Bureau, Canton Sarajevo Employment Bureau and Canton Sarajevo Social Welfare Center. This influenced RODA´s partnership building and advocacy actions towards BiH Government to establish Adult Education system in the country. Since the beginning of its activity, RODA is an official Centre for ECDL education and certification in accordance with the standards of ECDL Foundation, it is the lead agency for Xpert Personal Business Skills Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its English Language Programme is implemented in accordance to Cambridge University standards and in cooperation with the British Council.
Main act
RODA's core activities are: implementation of the Lifelong Learning Programme for unemployed and socially endangered persons; research on education and labor market areas; advocacy and lobbying actions for the adoption and implementation of national laws on Education that includes Adult Education. Building the networks and cooperation with other NGOs, public and private institutions is another essential element of RODA's action.

Mission statement
Future economic and social development of Bosnia and Herzegovina relies on its ability to efficiently utilize, increase and improve this vast reservoir of knowledge, skills and competencies. It is therefore consequent to judge education and training not only as key elements to sustainable development, peace and stability in the country but also for the full integration into the EU. RODA interests are education and training, promotion and implementation of lifelong learning as the concept, advocacy for the lawful regulation of adult education, building the networks with other NGOs, public and private institutions.
