The Handbook on Integration for Policy Makers and Practitioners (1st edition) has been translated into another 15 languages.
The new translations are published electronically and are available for download on the webpage of the MPG (Migration Policy Group). The 6 existing versions, including Catalan, are also still available. A list of updated project links/contacts can be consulted. The second edition of the Handbook is in production and will be launched in May 2007 under the auspices of the German EU Presidency at the informal Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Integration in Potsdam.
The Handbook on Integration acts as a driver for exchange of information and best practice, and enables the development and promotion of policy initiatives. It is a collaborative product of the European Commission, the National Contact Points on Integration, and MPG as independent consultant, all of whom can be seen as "editors" of the Handbook.
