LifeLong learning in Italy

The Region FVG is about to enact a law on education including a list of rights of all the institutions that are operating within adult education, including he non formal system.

Considering that Università delle LiberEtà del Fvg in Udine, Italy has been recognised in more that one occasion a the most important Adult Education Centre within the non formal system in the south of Europe, we consider it proper to give a contribution with some ideas on the elaboration of the above mentioned law.
