Moderation of an eRoundtable discussion on eLearning and whether it has reached a tipping point as the way to keep the workforce sharp. The eRoundtable process is designed to leverage modern communications technologies as a means of collecting information, and for all to be accomplished with a minimum investment of an expert´s time. The eRoundtable project will be patterned after the traditional roundtable discussion format and will employ the same standards that would be expected if all participants were in the same physical room.
