A Greek organization called ARSIS is engaged in the social support of young people, especially those who come from an underprivileged background.
At the moment ARSIS is completing a project concerning the education in prisons and are looking for foreign organizations who are willing to fill out a questionnaire, that will help them to gather information about their work with the education of prisoners, released and their families.
The aim is to conduct a survey of prison education in Europe, about the legal and orientation framework, the types of training, the socio-professional environment and the working tasks of the educators. This way an exchange network will be created based on practical experience and teaching materials, that will be accessable to already established organizations and also as reference to future ones.
