20 European organizations have pooled their skills and experiences together in order to create Ellproft, an European Adult Education Centre. Ellproft organizes 10 seminars for adult education and social action professionals in Europe. Each seminar includes new knowledge, understanding and skills with presentations and case studies of best practice from different locations, settings and countries. Most of these professional development seminars also propose training workshops. The sharing of their experience will be an important element of each seminar.
