The project brought together trainers and volunteers in various
countries of Europe in order to work towards the common development of
training programmes.
The report gives a grid for the preparation of case studies, followed by examples of good practice in seven countries. This section is followed by a presentation of qualification models based on national experiences. The report ends with an analysis of common elements in these qualification models and recommendations for common training and qualification programmes.
