Job offer: Project assistant (EAEA)
The European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA aisbl) is looking for a Project Assistant in the main office in Brussels. Update March 7: The offer is closed.
We offer:
- 1 - year full-time contract

Main tasks:
- Assist the project manager in the administration and management of a large project on consumer education
- Help coordinate activities in 27 countries
- Help in reports writing
- Participate in meetings and conferences
- Liaise with partners and stakeholders
Required skills and profile:
- Organisational and managerial skills (ability to plan workloads and timetables, monitor progress, achieve targets, meet deadlines, prioritise activities, attention to detail, persistence and flexibility)
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural context (ability to communicate effectively by e-mail)
- Fluency (both oral and written) in English, other languages are an asset
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- Interest in lifelong learning and adult education
Other desirable skills:
- Experience in a European / International work context related to project administration, preferably in the NGO sector
